Effect : She got a stomachache.
Sentence :
- As she ate too much, she got a stomachache.
- She got a stomachache for she ate too much.
3. Cause : I ran out of money.
Effect : I was not able buy gasoline on the way home.
Sentence :
- Since I ran out of money, I was not able to buy gasoline on the way home.
- I was not able to buy gasoline on the way home because I ran out of money.

4. Cause : He is afraid to fly.
Effect : He can’t go abroad.
Sentence :
- He can’t go abroad since he is afraid to fly.
- He is afraid to fly, therefore, he can’t go abroad.
5. Cause : After the car accident.
Effect : John drives more carefully.
Sentence :
- Since the car accident, John drives more carefully.
- John drives more carefully since the car accident.

Effect : Jane mopped.
Answer.
2. Siti has planned a trip to her uncle’s house because she loves her cousins.
Cause : Siti loves her cousins.
Effect : Siti has planned a trip to her uncle’s house.

Cause : The green house gases trap the heat in the air.
